As part of our ongoing process to make the user experience cleaner and more intuitive, we've launched a new set of username symbols designed to help easily identify deviant-types.
Easily Identifiable
At a glance, the new symbols are quickly recognizable. When hovering over a username symbol, a tooltip appears, providing a brief explanation of that user's deviant-type. If clicked, a modal appears, giving a brief explanation for each username symbol, with "Learn more" links that lead to more detailed explanations.
A word from Heidi:
Over the years, a few things have come to seem like deviantART mainstays. Deviant green, intricate art categori

So, after finding out that the new terms and conditions on DeviantArt allow them to sell MY art to any companies without me receiving any money from the transaction I've decided it might be just the right time to say goodbye to this community; I haven't been using it anymore, anyways, since my life has REALLY changed, and doing art every week is not in my to-do list anymore, Since I'm now living my dream, I do have a lot of work to do, So i guess it's just time to say goodbye.
Obviously, after 8 years here, it's really hard for me, but at the same time, most of the people I met here moved too, so.. well, I'm not erasing my account, I really

Did You Know - dAmn / Chat
dAmn / Chat
If you want to communicate with other deviants, dAmn(deviantART message network) would be the right place for you. It is divided into the chatrooms and the forum.
Beside a few official chatrooms there are a lot more - some of them private - where you can hang out and talk.
When you go to chat (https://www.deviantart.com/chat) you will get a general overview over the chatrooms.
At the top you have the featured chatrooms, followed by those that you have created on your own and then you will get a list of chatrooms created by other deviants.
By default only chatrooms with more than 2 chatters will be listed. The search on that page can be used to look for spec

Thanks a lot guys for the support! But I'll be moving away from submitting full versions of my art on this site.
I will, however, post previews/thumbnails on journals, of newly submitted work on weasyl <3
JUST A NOTE FOR ANY OWNERS OF MY LOVENOTE SPECIES, PLEASE WATERMARK THE IMAGES I SENT YOU IF YOURE GOING TO USE THEM IN PUBLIC. ^ q ^ ;;;

Other than that, I'll open commissions here and there, some slots on here and wzl.
So yeah... thats it! Thanks again

Regarding Digital Stickers and Licensing by marywinkler, journal
Regarding Digital Stickers and Licensing
I've been getting a few messages a week from developers and websites looking to make my work into digital stickers. It's cool, I love when people contact me about their projects, but since my inbox is always full with these messages (as well as some other ones for prints, pillows, merch, etc), here's a quick FAQ regarding what I will or will not do with my work.
1. Your project must pay me in some way. Either outright (buying a license) or with revenue share (also licensed, but your rights to the work are limited).
2. Show me the user agreements, contracts, and revenue share/payment information.
3. Show me your website/company information/
